Thanks For The Memories

Anyone with memories of working at Standfast & Barracks in any era is invited to tell their story at a special event on December 3.

A company’s heritage lies as much in people as in buildings, equipment or products so the Mirador team wants to listen to the people who have memories of the Caton Road site.

Members of the Mirador team will welcome any current or former Standfast staff or their relations or anyone with connections to the site to share their memories at this free event at the factory.

Their contributions will become an important element in the Behind The Wall project which aims to record all the stories which will be kept for posterity at Lancashire Archives in Preston.

Anyone interested in attending this Community History Day, should report to the main reception at Standfast & Barracks anytime from 10am-4pm on December 3.

If you have a story to tell but can’t make the event, please send your memories to info@miradorarts.co.uk
